BC not appreciating knowledge

Homogenous teams may have consistency, but may lack vibrant, different ideas.

Miscommunications may occur due to a lack of understanding of intended meanings from diverse team members.

Diversity Awareness: Diversity may also include culture, skill sets, experience, age, gender or educational background.

Teams may experience unbalanced workloads when a member loses motivation and others must fill the void.

  • Knowledge:

  • Knowledge is powerful.

  • Knowledge shared is more powerful.

  • Knowledge from the people in the company who touch it every day is the most powerful of all.
